Don't get storebought balsamic vinaigrette, make your own from scratch! Great for salads or as a glaze for pork or chicken too.

Ingredients
¼ C balsamic vinegar
¾ C extra-virgin olive oil
2 T honey
½ t salt
½ freshly cracked black pepper
1 T dijon mustard
1 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Combine balsamic, oilive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, dijon and garlic in an airtight container with a lid. Vigorously whisk the ingredients for at least 1 minute to allow the oil to emulsify with the vinegar.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Shake well before using.
