About Todd’s Cooking Adventures

Hi!  My name is Todd Brock, and I live with my partner of 25 years in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  Born and raised in the small town of Atkins, Arkansas, I was heavily influenced by traditional Southern cooking.  As my tastes expanded, I quickly learned how much I also enjoy various other types of cuisine from all over the world.  Upon retirement a few years ago, I have devoted much of my time to adapting my recipes to Mexico - meaning, learning what items can easily be substituted if not available, etc.  This really has been an adventure!  I hope you enjoy it with me.
