2 C (1 pint, 16 oz)
This is such a rich, decadent, and actually simple sauce to make. Once you make it, you will never buy jarred alfredo sauce again!

Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 ½ C heavy whipping cream
3 garlic cloves, minced (3 tsp)
½ t Italian seasoning
1 t salt
½ t freshly ground black pepper or to taste
2 C freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Into a large skillet or saute pan, melt butter and add cream over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning and stir well; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Off the heat, add the parmesan cheese, and stir well until melted and sauce is smooth. Taste for seasoning.
Serve immediately over fettucine or your favorite pasta of choice.
