We always have a supply of this stored in the fridge for a healthy late afternoon snack. You can also experiment with other flavors/marinades for a twist - peppered, teriyaki, sweet & sour - use your creativity!

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak or top sirloin, thinly sliced
¼ C soy sauce
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 t Maggi®
1 t liquid smoke
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t season salt of your choice (I prefer to use McCormick® Montreal steak seasoning)
1 t freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
In a one-gallon plastic resealable bag, combine soy, worcestershire, Maggi®, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, season salt and black pepper. Zip and shake well to combine.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the bag, reseal, and allow to marinate for at least 6 hours (overnight is even better).
Remove the beef from the bag and place on a tray. Choose the dehydrator setting on your air fryer and cook for 5 ½ hours. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
If you don't have an air fryer, cook in the oven at 175° F on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet for about 4 hours.
