Coconut Poke Cake

This is a very rich and decadent cake served best with coffee. It is super simple to make!

Ingredients
1 (15-oz) box white cake mix
¾ C water
½ C vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (14-oz) can cream of coconut
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 C shredded coconut
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F and grease the bottom only of a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Blend well the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water and pour into prepared casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
Using the tines of a fork, poke holes all over the top of the cake, piercing all the way through to the bottom of the dish.
Pour the cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk mixture all over the top of the cake, and then sprinkle the 2 C of shredded coconut.
