I had never had this pie before Spencer's mom Jody made it, and it quickly became my favorite pie for the holidays! The ingredients may sound odd when you read through the list, but it all works!

Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust
1 C brown sugar
½ C white sugar
2 eggs
2 T yellow cornmeal
½ stick butter, melted
1 t white vinegar
1 t vanilla
¼ C milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F and lightly grease a 9" pie plate.
Place pie crust into pie plate, flute the edges, and poke holes in the bottom of the pie crust.
Mix all ingredients well in a medium-sized bowl, and pour into pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
