Store-bought wrappers are definitely easier - but if not accessible, this is a very quick and easy recipe to make your own! Just fill them with your favorite ingredients.

15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅓ C all-purpose flour

  • ¾ C hot water

Preparation

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir flour and hot water together and mix well until you can form it into a ball. Let dough rest for 5 minutes, covered by a damp towel.

  2. Place dough onto a floured work surface. Create a doughnut by pressing a hole in the middle of the dough, and then cut in half. Take each half and roll out into two long strips of dough about 1" thick. Cut each strip of dough into about 17 - 18 small pieces.

  3. Using a rolling pin, take each small piece of dough and roll out into a circle, using fingers to continually turn and ensure the edges are thinner than the middle.

  4. Dust each wrapper with flour and cover with a towel as you complete each wrapper. Place in stacks of 12 and either freeze for later use or use immediately.
