Finding Bisquick™ baking mix here in Mexico is not always easy. I started researching on the Internet and very quickly found I could make my own with a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 C all-purpose flour

  • 1½ t baking powder

  • ¼ t salt



Preparation

  1. Sift all ingredients and stir well. Store in an airtight container.
