I have made several variations of this dip over the years, but finally landed on this one as my all-time favorite! Great served either hot or cold with sliced baguettes, pita bread, or crackers.

Ingredients
1 ½ (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
⅓ C mayonnaise
⅓ C sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10-oz) bag fresh spinach, chopped
1 ½ (14-oz) cans artichoke hearts, chopped
1 t salt
1 t freshly ground black pepper
½ onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9" x 9" square casserole dish.
In medium-sized bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Spread into prepared casserole dish.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes and serve.
