Smoked Gouda Dip

If you can find a round of smoked gouda with the red casing, grab it! You can slice it through the middle, scoop out the gouda, prepare the dip and then spoon it back into the red casing as a serving vessel!

Ingredients


  • 1 (8-oz) round of smoked gouda cheese

  • 2 T mayo

  • 2 T beer of choice

  • 1 T softened butter

  • 1 t worcestershire sauce

  • 1 t dry prepared mustard

  • 1 t garlic powder

  • 1 green onion sliced (green and white parts)

  • Freshly ground black pepper


Preparation

  1. Grate gouda cheese into a medium-sized bowl, and add remaining ingredients (mayonnaise, beer, softened butter, worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, green onion, and black pepper.

  2. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
