Super easy but packed with flavor! Pineapple jelly can sometimes be difficult to find - fig preserves or apple jelly are good substitutes. Also, be sure to use prepared horseradish, not horseradish sauce.

Ingredients
1 (10-oz) jar pineapple jelly
1 (8-oz) jar prepared horseradish
1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, room temperature
4 T ground dry mustard
1 t freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
In a medium sized bowl, stir together the jelly, horseradish, dry mustard, and pepper.
To serve, pour the mixture over the block of cream cheese and serve with crackers.
