The sweetness of the Hawaiian rolls contrasting with the butter/worcestershire spread really sets this off.

Ingredients
1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
¾ lb thinly sliced deli ham
¾ lb thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1 stick salted butter, melted
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T poppy seeds
2 t dried minced onion
2 t worcestershire sauce
½ t onion powder
½ t black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9" x 13" glass casserole dish completely with aluminum foil (up all 4 sides).
Take the 12 rolls and carefully slice through the middle of them from one end to the other. Separate the two "halves".
On the bottom half of the rolls, layer 1/2 of the ham, then the cheese, and finally the remaining 1/2 of the ham.
Place into the casserole dish, and then put the top half of the rolls over it.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, mustard, poppy seeds, onion, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined. Pour evenly over the top of the rolls.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes; then remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven. Using the aluminum foil as "handles", carefully lift the rolls out of the dish and place on a flat surface. Slice through all of the rolls to create the individual sliders.
