These go fast at a party! I prefer to use fresh crab meat, but canned crab meat would also work. This recipe yields approximately 32 - 36 crab bombs.

Ingredients
1 lb crab meat
1 C Ritz® crackers, crushed
2 T fresh lemon juice (approx 2 lemons)
2 t Old Bay® seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 t yellow mustard
2 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 T worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Into a medium sized bowl, place crab meat, crackers, seasoning and parsley.
In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the egg, mustard, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Pour liquid mixture over the crab meat mixture and mix very gently until all is well combined.
Using wet hands, mold into golf ball sized shape and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Drizzle with melted butter if desired and allow to cool.
