Ingredients
2 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
6 slices bacon, crumbled
¼ C parsley, finely chopped
5 slices deli ham, chopped
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ C green onions, sliced
¼ C pecans, finely chopped
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 t freshly cracked black pepper
1 t salt
1 T milk
Preparation
Fry bacon and set aside to cool, then crumble.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, milk, worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Using a fork or potato masher, blend together until cream cheese begins to soften and all ingredients are well incorporated.
Fold in chopped ham, green onions, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
Using wet hands, mold the mixture into a ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
On a plate, combine the bacon, chopped pecans and parsley. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the mixture evenly until well coated. Add more pecans or parsley if needed to ensure full coverage.
Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or crostini.
