This is a crowd pleaser for sure...the jarred pepperoncinis are fairly hot, so adjust to your taste preference. Also tastes great served either warm or cold.

Ingredients
1 t butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
¼ C plain bread crumbs
⅔ C grated cheddar cheese
⅔ C grated parmesan cheese
⅔ C grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 t oregano
1 t each of salt and pepper
¼ t tabasco sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9"x 13" glass casserole dish. (NOTE: Using a 9"x 13" will yield 32 thinner squares; using a square 8"x 8" or 9" x 9" instead will yield 16 thicker squares).
Saute onion and garlic in melted butter in saucepan over medium heat. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat together eggs and add bread crumbs, tabasco, oregano, salt & pepper. Add to this the cooled onion/garlic mixture, all the cheeses, and chopped artichokes; stir well.
Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set and top is golden. You may also broil briefly for a few minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
